•控制系統：PLC控制，采用觸摸屏操作人機界面，配置高清電視顯示器

•傳動(dòng)系統：整機全伺服傳動(dòng)，同步帶采用進(jìn)口品牌，管件部位均采用進(jìn)口軸承。

•張力系統：配置張力開(kāi)卷系統，恒張力控制及儲料機構，材料糾偏系統。這套恒張力系統確保了全速狀態(tài)下接料穩定，最大限度減小了對材料拉力的沖擊，減少停機次數。

•安全系統：操作面裝有安全防護裝置并配有急停開(kāi)關(guān)、安全標識，后傳動(dòng)裝有安全拉線(xiàn)，高音頻風(fēng)機采用隔音或消聲裝置。

•Safety System：It has safety device on the operating side,matched with urgent stop switch,high audio fan uses sound insulation or silencer.
